Document Can I make a change to my policy on live chat?

If you would like to make a change to your policy from a desktop simply click here and select the green tab ‘live chat start now’ and an insurance specialist will talk you through the process.

Please note: Live chat is currently only supported on desktop and agents are available Monday to Friday 8am until 4.30pm and Saturdays 8.30am until 12.30pm. If there are no agents available to chat, the ‘Live chat’ button will disappear. As soon as someone’s available the button will reappear and you can chat with us.
