Document Can I make a complaint by live chat?

Whilst we will make every effort to maintain the highest standards, we recognise that there may be some occasions when we fail to satisfy the particular requirement of our customers. We therefore have procedures in place to investigate and remedy any area of concern. If unfortunately you feel our customer service levels have failed to meet your expectations, you can contact us and we will ensure that your concerns reach the relevant department and are dealt with accordingly.

If you wish to make your complaint by live chat simply click
here and select the green tab ‘live chat start now’.

Please note: Live chat is currently only supported on desktop and call centre agents are available Monday to Friday 8am until 4.30pm and Saturdays 8.30am until 12.30pm. If there are no agents available to chat, the ‘live chat’ button will disappear. As soon as someone is available the button will reappear and you can chat with us.
